Dealer Update 3

We negotiated a flat fee for WiFI usage in the Exhibit Hall, so that means WiFi is free for dealers. If you’d like electricity ($111, plus tax, for 15amp outlet), please let me know by Monday Morning (July 20). Afterwards, the rates go up.

If you’ll need help from the Palais at the loading dock loading or unloading your vehicle, or if you’re shipping your merchandise, you should fill out the Loading Dock form (if you don’t know how many hours of labor you’ll need, leave the time blank but fill in as much information as possible and the Palais will figure it out for you).
Please note that there are dollys and manual pallet jacks availble for dealers to use for free (first come/first serve).

Please fax the form to: (514) 934–5557.
If you’re paying by Paypal (paypal@anticipationsf.ca), please include a note to explain the purpose of the payment.

[The first deadline for ordering services has passed. If you need services please contact me before you place an order.]

Local fire laws does not permit the storage of empty cardboard boxes in under your table (but you can store boxes with excess inventory at your tables). The Palais can store your empty boxes for you, but there will be a labor fee.

p.s. This and previous email updates will be online at the Dealers Room website soon.
