[Zambia] Session cross ref nos and a couple of new reports

Hi,

The page has the same problem with my record (badgeid=53159), so it
doesn't have to do with the character set.  I think it has to do with
joining to ParticipantAvailability or ParticipantAvailabilityTimes or
ParticipantAvailabilityDays.
