[Zambia] Big deployment of changes to Zambia in production

Hi,

I just deployed a large set of changes to Zambia in production.  This
was the list of changes worked out with Farah.  The list includes:

* "Invited Guests Only" no longer appears on Session create or edit form.
* "Signup Required" no longer appears on Session create or edit form.
* The options for room features and services have been updated.
* The options for kids categories have been updated.
* A bug involving the validation of Sessions based on status has been fixed.
* "Estimated Attendance" on Session create or edit form is now a list
box controlled by a database table.
* "Duration" on Session create or edit form is now a list box
controlled by a database table.
* On Session create or edit form there is now a listbox for "Recommended Time."
* On Session create or edit form there are now a set of checkboxes for
excluding days from potential scheduling of a session.
* The default "Publication Status" of a new session is now "Public".
* "Prospective Participant Info" no longer appears on Session create
or edit form.
* On the form for manually entering participants the badgeid has been
renamed Participant #.
* On the page for assigning participants to a session, the "rank"
label and data no longer appear.
